How it’s scored

Every business starts at 100. Each gap lowers it:

• No website linked — high impact
• No phone number — high impact
• Fewer than 10 reviews — medium
• Rating below 4.0 — medium
• No business hours listed — low

Why it matters

These are the basics a customer checks before they call. A higher score means you look like the safe choice next to competitors.
