These Terms govern your use of MyOrbisBiz (the "Service"), operated by MyOrbisResults LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The directory

MyOrbisBiz lists local businesses with information compiled from public and licensed sources, plus our own review. Listing information is provided "as is" and may be incomplete or out of date. We are not the businesses listed and do not endorse them.

Owner accounts

If you claim a listing, you are responsible for the accuracy of the content you add and for keeping your login secure. You must own or be authorized to represent the business you claim.

Paid features

Featured and Sponsored placements are paid services billed through MyOrbisResults. They affect visibility only and never alter a listing's review score.

Content & conduct

Content you submit must follow our Content Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, our review methodology, and original content are owned by MyOrbisResults LLC. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyOrbisResults LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number and opt in on a claim or "add your business" form, you may receive account & service texts from MyOrbisResults (and optional marketing texts only if you separately choose them). Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
