MyOrbisResults LLC ("we", "us") operates the MyOrbisBiz messaging program. This policy explains the text (SMS) messages we send and how to control them.
Program & operator
Text messages are sent by MyOrbisResults LLC through our MyOrbisVoice messaging platform. When you provide your mobile number and opt in on a claim or "add your business" form, you agree to receive the messages described below.
Message types
- Account & service (transactional) — listing verification, claim confirmations, and customer-inquiry / lead alerts for your business.
- Product & marketing (optional) — occasional product news and offers, only if you check the separate optional box. This is never required to list or claim.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the inquiries your listing receives.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out & get help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts (other than that final confirmation). Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Your consent & privacy
Your opt-in and mobile information are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We use your number only to send the messages you agreed to. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Supported on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
